1. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
All returns must be requested and approved before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
2. Return Policy by Region
European Union Orders
Customers within the EU may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers also have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return an order without reason.
All EU returns must be requested and approved in advance.

- A fixed return shipping fee of €7.99 will be deducted from the refund (unless item is defective or incorrect)
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the full return shipping cost.
United States Orders
Returns for U.S. orders must be discussed and approved in advance. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
Do NOT send returns without prior authorization.

7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
